Our story
A family shop that still shakes your hand
Joe's Friendly Services is the mechanic Whittier families call when they want the truth about their car, not a longer list of problems. Joe, his son, and the crew look at what's actually wrong and tell you straight, then get it fixed without padding the bill.
We work on everything from a single family car to full commercial fleets. Local businesses trust us to keep a dozen or more work trucks running, because a truck that's down is a truck that isn't making money.
Word of mouth built this shop, one referral at a time, and we intend to keep it that way: fair pricing, honest diagnoses, and work you don't have to think twice about.
- Family-run, two generations
- No unnecessary upsells
- Fleet maintenance experience
- Referral-built reputation
What customers say
“We are new to joes but my whole family started going based on a referral from someone. We trusted and they do good work at a fair price. Never overcharge. Never doing unnecessary work. Timely professional. We like both Joe and his son and the crew. Highly recommend!”
“Love this place. Honest mechanics and reasonable rates.”
“A lot of times you take your car to a mechanic for one thing and before you know it you have 20 other things wrong with it. Joe is the very first auto mechanic that I've ever dealt with who doesn't try to get over on you. He's straight forward with you. He'll tell you up front what's wrong with it and what needs to be done. And the service is performed rather quickly.”
